As a Sales Director I lead a group of Account& Key managers in our recruitment solutions unit. I am responsible for maintaining and growing especially online recruitment advertising revenues from existing and new customers. Together with my team we have been able to meet and exceed our sales targets systematically year by year. We offer to our client’s solutions from four categories: recruitment marketing, employer branding, responsibility campaigns and data. I am really passionate about developing myself as a supervisor and digital professional and I must say that our company supports this in an awesome way.

It's hard to say what is my favourite thing in Schibsted Finland, because there are so many good things about our company. The possibility to work with such a diverse talented people creates this unique culture that inspires me on a frequently basis. I would describe our culture with the words: openness, empathy and good boogie.

On my free time, I am an eager fan of Body combat that I have been doing for 20 years, so sports is really important for me to rewind and relax. In addition to that I really enjoy good food and travelling.
